Standard License
All items on FreebiesGraphic are protected by copyright law and other intellectual property laws. When you download an item, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the item according to these terms.
What You Can Do
- Use the item in personal and commercial projects.
- Modify the item to fit your specific needs.
- Use the item in website templates, social media, and advertising.
- Incorporate the item into larger works, such as branding or software.
What You Cannot Do
- Redistribute, sub-license, or share the source files.
- Resell the item as a standalone product or as part of a bundle.
- Claim ownership of the item or its design.
- Use the item in any way that is illegal or harmful.
Free vs. Premium Assets
While the general terms above apply to all assets, some free items may require attribution. Please check the specific product description for any additional licensing requirements.
Premium Assets: No attribution is required for premium assets purchased through a subscription or individual purchase.
Free Assets: Most of our freebies are for personal use only. If you wish to use them commercially, please check the license details on the product page or consider upgrading to a Pro membership for a commercial license.
Pro Membership License
By subscribing to our Pro membership, you gain access to our entire premium library with a commercial license for all items downloaded during your active subscription. You can continue to use these items in projects even after your subscription expires, but you cannot download new premium items.
