Refund Policy
Everything you need to know about our refund process for digital assets.
Digital Products
Since FreebiesGraphic offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods (digital downloads), we do not generally issue refunds once the order is completed and the product is downloaded. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.
Exceptions
We realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply. We do honor requests for a refund on the following grounds:
- Non-delivery of the product: Due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or our own server, you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance.
- Download issues: If you have problems while downloading the product or its unzipping.
- Major defects: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted to our Support Team.
- Product not-as-described: Such issues should be reported to our Support Team within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website.
Subscription Refunds
For our Pro membership subscriptions:
- Refunds for monthly subscriptions are not available once the subscription period has started and assets have been downloaded.
- Yearly and Lifetime subscriptions may be eligible for a partial refund within 14 days of purchase if no more than 3 premium assets have been downloaded.
- Cancellation of a subscription will stop future billings, but no prorated refunds will be provided for the remaining period.

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the preview page of each product.
